Our Mission

At Comfort Heart Hospice, our mission is to provide optimal comfort and dignity through patient and family-centered care. We focus on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of every patient and loved one.
Our team includes experienced hospice physicians, nurses, chaplains, social workers, home health aides, and therapists, all working together to provide comprehensive support. We are licensed in Texas and Ohio plus we are Medicare-certified and ACHC accredited.

Our Caregivers

At Comfort Heart Hospice, our focus is to provide comfort, maintain dignity and enhance quality of life for all our patients. Hospice focuses on controlling pain and symptoms and is generally provided at the patient’s home but it can be separate residence or part of a nursing home. We value our commitment to having a positive, sympathetic, or friendly attitude toward our patients.

Our Goal

We coordinate all patient services; including the primary care physician, caregiver(s), spiritual advisor(s), families and friends, and the insurance company to ensure an all-inclusive approach to their welfare.

At Comfort Heart Hospice, our routine interdisciplinary teams, are composed of Medical Directors, Patient Case Managers, Registered Nurses, Hospice Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Bereavement Coordinators, and other professionals who are fully dedicated to providing unrivaled services. Our, hospice, closely teams up with each client to brand their unique and individual needs.
